Copy That

To reshare content that is already “live,” refer to your navigation menu in GAIN and click on a client and social channel (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) to access the calendar view of your posts.

In the calendar view, select your post by checking the box in the lower corner of your post. Once your post is selected, click the “Copy To…” option at the bottom. (Note: You can copy multiple posts at a time!)


GAIN will ask which social channels you would like to copy your post to. Once you check all of your desired options (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram), click “Copy Post!”

You’ll also find the “Copy To” button when you are creating a new post. For teams that batch content weeks or months in advance, it can be useful to copy your posts for resharing right away, so you have them ready to go on your GAIN content schedule.


Your copied posts will always appear as “draft posts” on the social channels you selected. Now you can make any edits to the posts. For example, add more hashtags if you copied the post to Instagram, switch out the image so you can A/B test which receives the most clicks, etc. Then send the posts for approval and schedule for another time and date.
