That’s why we spent the past few months designing and building a brand-new way to use Gain, and we’re excited to announce that it’s ready for you!
Today, we’re introducing File Collections, a new feature inside Gain where you can keep together all of the other types of content your team creates for easy previewing, collaboration, and most importantly, approval. 👍
Upload and preview images, videos and scripts, documents, Photoshop & Illustrator files, TV ads, Word documents, PowerPoints, invoices, vector files (and much more!) alongside social media posts – and keep it all organized in one place.
Send your content to clients, or anyone that needs to review your work, and keep feedback in one place, rather than scattered across multiple documents and email chains where it’s easy to overlook, or forget who said what.
No matter what type of content you need to send for review, simply upload everything, add a note to your content approvers, and Gain will take care of the rest – generating pixel-perfect previews for easy viewing and approval from any device.
Social media posts can be automatically scheduled and published once approved. For all other content, your internal discussions, content status, and key dates will be kept safe inside File Collections (and on your content calendars) so you know what’s still a draft, what’s pending approval, and what’s been approved for each brand that you manage.
